IcoFX
- a program for creating and editing icons and cursors with transparency support, which works on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and Macintosh. Supports static and animated cursors. Can easily create a logo for your website or blog. You can easily convert your favorite images into icons or cursors. Supported image formats: BMP, PNG, JPG, JPG2000, TIF and GIF. Run/delete:

Run: open the file icofx2. You can run it without Administrator rights.
Delete: delete the shared folder with the program.

About Portable:

The portable version of the program is made in VirtualBox 4.3.6.91406 Portable with clean Windows 7x32 on VMware ThinApp 5.2.0 Build 3231342 Portable by KpoJIuK
- using a standard Windows notepad..
Details not needed in portable software were cut out, treatment was carried out (keygen), Russification. Portable version - not updated ( unchecked ). Extreme compression is applied, after starting - give 30 seconds. adapt paths.
Checking for Virustotal: https://www.virustotal.com/ru/file/327215490f1bef072c06a9d40b690859dca228ac07e9fc3d5978da4c8e6ec8ef/analysis/, complaints from used antiviruses - did not reveal, there are signals from unused/little-used scanners with different formulations.
