Start/Delete:

Upload a file to an empty folder. Launch: open the file rustv Player. You can run it without Administrator rights.
Delete: delete the shared folder with the program.

This simple program, it has advertising, etc. disadvantages, the image quality is mediocre, but it works, and in places with censorship (Ukraine), and weak Internet - it can be useful.
