Description: Otter Browser aims to recreate the best aspects of the classical Opera (12.x) UI. It is written using the Qt5 framework and, accordingly, the QtWebKit component, but in the future it will be transferred to QtWebEngine (based on the Blink code)
The author emphasizes that this is not a 100% repetition of Opera, but an implementation as close to it as possible. How he positions it himself:
