Description: Analysis, logging of actions and forensic tools.(Analysis, Logging operations and Forensics tools).
A specialized Forensic system designed to obtain and record digital evidence in the investigation of computer crimes.
It includes tools for primary forensic analysis in such actions as, for example:
✔search, fixation of hidden and deleted data on media;
✔collection of evidence on the use of a PC to commit offenses;
✔analysis and recording of offenses (logging of all actions performed as part of the inspection with verification of the obtained analysis or research data);
as well as taking digital copies of research objects for further detailed analysis using the Ubuntu CyberPack (WCP) toolkit.
The objects of these actions can be: data carriers (and their contents, such as files or partitions), web resources, network traffic, etc.
To start the graphical mode, you must enter in the terminal: startx
Details about the system:
✔The system works only in Live mode without the possibility of installation;
✔Supports most file systems: ext2/3/4, NTFS, FAT/32, VFAT, exFAT, XFS, BtrFS, UFS, ReiserFS/4, HFS/+, ZFS, etc.
✔Detects and allows you to work with topics: RAID, LVM, etc.
✔Researched the default device mounted mode "read-only", the ability to switch to the "recording" mode is left;
✔Built on a lightweight graphics environment LXDE. Languages included: Russian, Ukrainian, English;
✔Allows you to view and listen to content (documents, multimedia files);
✔Includes a tool for analyzing the disk for destroyed files.
