Simple Qemu Boot is a utility designed to test different boot images without using different virtual machines. With its help, you can check the downloaded boot disk images for operability, or such images created by you. The utility is useful primarily for checking various Concert CDs
The interface is very simple: in the program window, you can configure the amount of RAM allocated to the virtual machine (up to 1 GB), select an image (ISO, which is IMA), or select a CD or DVD drive with a disk, and also select a local hard disk. Although when choosing the latter, the program will honestly warn that the disk is being used and it is unsafe.
It uses a virtual machine emulator for QEMU, which is quite limited in functions. But, nevertheless, he copes well with his main task - checking images for operability.
That is, in order to quickly check some live CD or a converted disk with Windows and, for example, it is not necessary to install VMware in or in VirtualBox, it is enough to drag the iso image into the program window and check it.
Of course, we are not talking about full support for various devices in a virtual computer (as far as I understand, hard drives are not emulated and a video card is poorly emulated, etc.), but nevertheless, the image can be checked.
