Russification:
After installation, go to the program folder and launch Components Manager, click on the second link on the left and select the Russian language in the right part of the window, click on the Install button, wait for the download and installation of the language. In the same window, you can immediately or later download the plugins you need.
Russian Russian can now be closed when you restart the Components Manager, after enabling the Russian language in the settings, it will be in Russian.
We launch the Standalone True Launch Bar file from the program folder - this is the main launcher for True Launch Bar if for some reason you do not create any panels. Here you need to click on the top line in the left part of the window and select Russian in the Language line in the right part of the window (you may have to restart the program).
From the same page, you can download and install additional skins, as well as download, install and check plugin updates.
Plugin skins (if they exist in addition to those included) can be downloaded via the context menu of the panel, from the plugin add window, and installed via Skins Installer from the program folder.

The installer automatically puts the program in accordance with the bit depth of your system.
