Sound Normalizer improves and restores the quality of Mp3, Wav (PCM 8, 16, 24, 32 bits, DSP, GSM, IMA ADPCM, MS ADPCM, AC3, MP3, MP2, OGG, A-LAW, u-LAW) and FLAC files. This is achieved by checking and normalizing the volume level of these files. Volume normalization is performed using Wav, FLAC and Mp3 normalizer. The volume level is displayed graphically using a percentage value. Mp3 normalizer allows you to directly change the volume level of the file being checked without using APEv2 tags.
