Description:
Fraps is designed to count the number of FPS (frames per second) in applications running in OpenGL and Direct3D modes. The utility can take screenshots and record videos with an image from the screen. Fraps consists of three modules Benchmarking Software, Screen Capture Software, Realtime Video Capture Software. Benchmarking Software - shows how many frames per second (FPS) your 3d application produces. Allows you to save statistics to disk. Screen Capture Software - allows you to take screenshots of the screen of any 3d application or video movie when you press a hotkey. All screenshots are automatically renamed and dated. Realtime Video Capture Software - allows you to record everything that happens on the monitor screen in a video file. Captures audio and video up to a resolution of 1000000 and 100FPS, ideal for recording games.
