Description:
LazPaint is a free open source graphics editor with good features: from standard brush drawing of the selected color over images, resizing, cropping and rotating the image to giving the image the desired shape, filters, effects, masks and working with the alpha channel. Positioned as a replacement for the well-known Paint.NET and PaintBrush. The editor is written in Lazarus (Free Pascal) and contains BGRABitmap.
