List of changes in this version

Changes made to the current version of the Plus edition:
1. Added a universal Russian-Finnish dictionary (Ru->Fi).
2. Added a universal Finnish-Russian dictionary (Fi->Ru).
3. Updated 22 dictionaries of various directions that are not related to the Russian language.
4. Fixed the problem with automatic switching to the interface "Russian slang" at the first launch of the program, promised in the previous version, but implemented so that "Russian slang" disappeared from the interface languages altogether. Now, at the first launch, although a warning window appears, there is no forced interface change. At the same time, "Russian slang" remains available for manual activation.
