- LosslessCut 2.1.0 Portable [En] - -Program version: 2.1.0
Official website: mifi (Mikael Finstad) | GitHub
Interface language: English
Treatment: not required
System requirements:
Windows 10 | 8.1 | 8 | 7 (x64/x86)

Description:
LosslessCut is a simple video editor for cutting media files without loss of quality. Does not do any decoding/encoding and therefore works extremely fast. The cut fragment instantly appears next to the source. Merges selected segments and merges arbitrary files (with the same codecs) without loss. Extracts lossless video, audio and subtitles. Also, captures frames in JPEG/PNG and cuts audio files of common formats.
LosslessCut is based on Chromium and uses an HTML5 player for video/audio playback, and FFmpeg library capabilities are used for cutting them.
It works in windowed and fullscreen modes. There is support for hotkeys.

Features:

Fast video and audio cropping without loss of quality. The cut fragment instantly appears next to the source.
The "Reduction of key personnel" mode. Enabled by default.
Merge selected segments without loss of quality.
Merge arbitrary files (with the same codecs).
Lossless extraction of all data streams from a file (video, audio, subtitles, ++)
The ability to take pictures with full resolution from video to JPEG and PNG.
The file can contain more than 2 audio streams or no audio track at all, can be deleted (optional).
Manual input of the cropping range on the timeline.
Implemented the addition of multiple crop points.
Ability to change the rotation/orientation metadata in the video. Relevant for videos shot on a smartphone.

Supported formats:

MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, OGG, WAV, MP3, AAC, H264, Theora, VP8, VP9
For more information about supported formats/codecs, see here: https://www.chromium.org/audio-video
Unsupported files can now be recomposed (quickly) or encoded (slowly) into a friendly format/codec from the File menu. The processed version will open in the player. Cropping will still be performed using the source file as input, that is, lossless. Potentially, this makes it possible to open any file that FFmpeg can decode.

Keyboard shortcuts:

They only work if the English keyboard layout is enabled
[H] - show/hide the list of hotkeys.
Drag the video to the player or use the combination [CTRL]+[O].
[SPACE] and [K] - Play/Pause
- the start point of cropping, [O] - the end point of the fragment cropping.
