Description: Kaspersky Rescue Disk is an emergency antivirus aid tool that will be indispensable if a personal computer is infected with viruses to such an extent that it is not possible to cure it with the help of antivirus programs running under the operating system. Kaspersky Rescue Disk allows you to deal with viruses more effectively, since this disk does not require Windows to boot, and therefore malware will be inactive. 1. Boot the computer using Kaspersky Rescue Disk in graphical mode and click on the button in the form of the letter K in the lower left corner of the screen. In the menu, select Terminal. At the command prompt, type windowsunlocker and press Enter on your keyboard;
2. If you have downloaded Kaspersky Rescue Disk in text mode, press F10 to close the menu. At the bottom of the Midnight Commander window, type windowsunlocker in the command prompt and press Enter on the keyboard;
3. Run the necessary command: Unlock Windows or Save copies of boot sectors.
4. After cleaning the registry, it is necessary to remove the remnants of the blocker ransomware from your computer. To do this, be sure to run a full computer scan using Kaspersky Rescue Disk.

To boot a computer from a USB drive, follow these steps:

Kaspersky USB Rescue Disk is ready to work. You can boot the computer from it and start checking the system
