Description:
A program for emulating optical drives, copying and saving images of audio and digital CDs to a file. Starting from the 5th version, DVDs are also supported. Images are written to files with the *.ccd extension in their own format, understood by many programs for burning discs and emulating optical drives.
CloneCD is a powerful CD replicator and is designed only for accurate (1:1) copying of CDR/RW disks, including protected ones. The program works in RAW mode (hence the user needs a drive that supports it), has support for CD-Extra (CD-Audio + ISRC + Catalogue Numbers), CD-Text, CD+G (Karaoke), CD+MIDI, understands pauses between tracks (Gaps), additional tracks (Bonus Tracks), indexes (Indexes) and does not need additional scanning of sub-codes when recording "On the Fly" (On The Fly). It is possible to work in two modes - direct copying and working with disk images (creation and recording). There is an automatic update function, log file management and support for preset option profiles. CloneCD is easy to use and does not need ASPI drivers for its operation.
