Russification:
1. Run the ru installation.xpi double-click the LMB and allow the installation (you can drag the file into the browser window)
2. In the address bar, type about:config
3. On the page that appears, in the filter bar, find the parameter general.useragent.locale
4. Change the value from "en-US" to "ru-ru" by double-clicking on the line with the parameter
5. Restart the browser
Note: If Pale Moon is not the default browser, then when you start the installation ru.xpi assign it to the application to open this type of files
